Paso a paso
- Si hacen 6 meses o menos has tenido alguna cirugía abdominal
- Si hay lesiones en muñecas
- Si hay lesiones en hombros
Beneficios

Tutorial for the assembly of the crow posture
Hello to all my dear friends of the Full Deportes community at Hive!!! I'm very happy to be here once again, and I'm looking forward to sharing with you another day of Yoga!
This time we will work on putting together the crow pose, Bakasana in Sanskrit.
To keep in mind
Before doing this, I recommend that you warm up your wrists by rotating to one side and the other, and move your neck, shoulders, hips and ankles a bit.
Or, if you prefer something guided, here is a simple series of Sun Salutations that will warm you up in just a few minutes, and get your body ready for Bakasana.
Sun Salutations series to warm up
Now it's time for Crow Pose or Bakasana.
You already know you can follow the video and that's enough, but here are some important points:
- Alignment is critical, your shoulders must be aligned with your wrists before you enter the pose.
- Your fingers have to be firmly gripped to the floor.
- The strength of the posture is in the abdomen.
- You should look slightly forward, not forward at all, not between your hands, but make a small extension with your neck.
- It is important that you then do a counterposture of extension of the spine, in this case we will practice CAMELLO (USTRASANA).
Step by step
Below you will see the step-by-step in pictures, but it is important that, as I mentioned previously, you focus on the video.
I will show 3 levels of the posture: basic, intermediate and advanced, you can try the one you prefer, always taking care not to feel pain in your wrists mainly.
Beforehand, mobilize your hips a little bit.
Basic level
Here you have to bring the inside of your knees towards your triceps, which will allow you to be closer to the ground and avoid it by decreasing the vertigo or fear of falling.
Remember to pay attention to the alignment of your wrists and shoulders.
Second level: intermediate
You can still try this if you are just starting out, just to get a feel for how the posture is set up.
Bring the knees to the triceps.
Third level: advanced
In this case, you go with your knees to your armpits.
Counterpose: Camel (Ustrasana) After the crow pose, try to do even a small extension to balance the axis of your spine and balance your energy.
2. After this, you can go through Child's Pose or Balasana.
Options
Place a cushion or blanket in front of you so that you lose the fear of falling forward.
Place a block or blanket at your feet, stand on it, and from there, build the pose.
Precautions
Do not practice this pose if…
There is pregnancy, because the force is made mainly from the
If 6 months ago or less have you had any abdominal surgery
If there are wrist injuries
If there are shoulder injuries
Benefits
Increased mental and physical balance by arm balance
Toning of triceps, deltoids and abdominals
Activation and balance of Svadistana Chakra (sexual Chakra: creativity and communication)
Increased self-confidence - Increased concentration
I hope this post has been useful to you guys!! Thank you very much for spending another day here!
