Hello, hello fellow travelers, I wish you an excellent weekend in family unity, the month of June is ending, as far as activities and events are concerned it was a very active and productive month, last week was held in the center of the city the Gastronomic fair of Mango and typical fruits of the region, with the participation of different institutions and training centers for entrepreneurship; The fair had a wide variety of products made with mango, we are in the harvest season of this delicious fruit and it is the perfect occasion to prepare delicious delicacies; jam, candy, jelly, cake, guasacaca among others.
Hola, hola amigos viajeros, les deseo un excelente fin de semana en unión familiar, el mes de junio está finalizando, en cuanto a actividades y eventos se refiere fue un mes muy activo y productivo, la semana pasada se realizó en el centro de la ciudad la feria Gastronómica del Mango y frutos típicos de la región, con la participación de diferentes instituciones y centros de formación para el emprendimiento; la feria contó con una amplia variedad de productos elaborados con mango, estamos en la temporada de cosecha de este delicioso fruto y es la ocasión perfecta para preparar deliciosos manjares; mermelada, dulce, jalea, torta, guasacaca entre otros.
The fair had a large influx of visitors from different parts of the city and municipalities of the state, at several tables it was impossible to take pictures of their exhibits and delicious desserts due to the number of people passing through the place; each table was beautifully decorated with fruits, handicrafts and their respective products, the variety was wide and you could choose sweet or savory dishes at affordable prices; besides mango, there were several recipes and desserts of tamarind, pineapple, guava, cassava and more, in my tour of the fair I could see for the first time handmade mango wine, according to the information of the lady in charge of the table is delicious.
La feria contó con una gran afluencia de visitantes, provenientes de diferentes puntos de la ciudad y municipios del estado, en varias mesas fue imposible tomar fotos de sus exhibiciones y deliciosos postres debido a la cantidad de personas que transitaban el lugar; cada mesa estaba hermosamente decorada con frutas, artesanias y sus respectivos productos, la variedad era amplia y podías escoger platos dulces o salados a precios accesibles; además del mango se exhibieron varias recetas y postres de tamarindo, piña, guayaba, yuca y más, en mi recorrido por laferia pude ver por primera vez vino de mango artesanal, de acuerdo a la información de la señora encargada de la mesa es delicioso.

El parque Ayacucho, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad fue el escenario de la feria gastronómica donde tienes la oprtunidad de conocer diferentes platillos preparados con los frutos tipícos de la región y en esta ocasión especialmente el Mango; ya que coincidió con la temporda de cosecha, este parque es un importante punto de encuentro en la ciudad y de fácil acceso que cuenta con diferentes espacios para la recreación de niños y adultos, además la realización de eventos musicales y culturales, ferias, exhibición de artesanías entre otros; durante los fines de semana es muy visitado por los niños y adultos, pues cuenta con un parque infantil y alquiler de carritos para los pequeños.
Visiting the fair was very exciting, I was also able to learn several recipes based on mango and other fruits of the area, also take a short walk along the banks of the Manzanares River, located next to the park forming a nice landscape ideal for taking nice family photos; the park is part of a cultural complex composed of the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Museum, the playground and the Skateboard track (skateboarders), where a group of young people from the city attends to perform practices and exhibitions of pirouettes of this sport that every day gains more and more fans.
Visitar la feria fue muy emocionante, además pude conocer varias recetas a base de mango y otros frutos de la zona, tgambién dar un pequeño paseo por la ribera del Río Manzanares, ubicado al lado del parque formando un lindo paisaje ideal para tomar lindas fotos familiares; el parque forma parte de un complejo cultural integrado por el Museo Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, el parque infantil y la pista de Skateboard (patineteros), dondeasiste un grupo dejóvenes de la ciudad a realizar prácticas y exhibiciones de piruetas de este deporte que cada día gana más aficionados.
