Greetings community lover of threads and needles, I wish you a happy and blessed week together with your loved ones, officially began the last quarter of the year and the countdown to Christmas my favorite time of the year, since I'm getting ready with the decorations for decorating the tree and the different areas of the house; for this I was reviewing the scraps of fabric with Christmas motifs and found a very nice one with which I made three decorative hearts that can be used in the kitchen or the tree, its preparation is very simple and in a short time.
Saludos comunidad amante de los hilos y las agujas les deseo una feliz y bendecida semana en unión de sus seres queridos, oficialmente inició el último trimestre del año y la cuenta regresiva para la navidad mi época favorita del año, desde ya me estoy preparando con los adornos para la decoración del árbol y los diferentes espacios de la casa; para ello estuve revisando los retazos de tela con motivos navideños y encontré uno muy bonito con el cual elaboré tres corazones decorativos que se pueden usar en la cocina o el árbol, su elaboración es muy sencilla y en poco tiempo.

I marked the hearts of the mold in the different fabrics, then I cut only two, which will serve as a guide to assemble the quilt, I also cut three hearts in wadding.
Marqué los corazones del molde en la diferentes telas, luego corté solo dos, que servirán de guía para armar el acolchado, también corté tres corazones en guata.
Then to assemble the heart quilt, I place the wadding, on top the unicolor fabric or lining that will be facing the main fabric on the right side, I pinned the ribbon or hanger, sewed with a straight stitch following the line of the mold, I left an opening to turn over, to secure the seam I passed a zig zag stitch and cut the excess fabric.
Luego para armar el acolchado del corazón, coloco la guata, encima la tela unicolor o forro que irá enfrentada a la tela principal por el derecho, fijé con alfileres la cinta o colgadero, cosí con puntada recta siguiendo la línea del molde, dejé una abertura para voltear, para asegurar la costura pasé una puntada de zig zag y corté el exceso de tela.
I carefully flipped the piece over, checked that the seams were in place and with hand stitching and hidden stitch I closed the opening.
Con mucho cuidado volteé la pieza, revisé que las costuras estuviesen en su lugar y con costura a mano y puntada escondida cerré la abertura.
With these simple steps we will have ready some beautiful decorative hearts with Christmas motifs, this type of project is very simple to make and the most important thing is that we can use the scraps of fabric we have at home and combine them with our favorite colors, on the back the hearts are green, also reversible to use them as we like or alternate colors and decorate different areas of the house. I am very happy to have finished my first Christmas ornaments of the current year, along with those I have made in previous years will be very useful for Christmas decorations that I hope to start very soon.
Con estos sencillos pasos tendremos listos unos hermosos corazones decorativos con motivos navideños, este tipo de proyectos es muy sencillo de realizar y lo más importante es que podemos usar los retazos de tela que tengamos en casa y combinarlos con nuestros colores favoritos, en la parte trasera los corazones son de color verde, además reversibles para usarlos como más nos guste o alternar los colores y decorar diferentes áreas de la casa. me siento muy feliz por haber terminado mis primeros adornos navideños del año en curso, junto con los que he hecho en años anteriores serán de gran utilidad para la decoración navideña que aspiro iniciar muy pronto.
