Saludos amigo de #Hive y comunidad @mundo.autismo, espero que tengan una excelente semana en unión de sus seres queridos, ya se acerca el día de las madres en mi país, estese se celebra el segundo domingo de mayo y aunque el día de las madres es todos los días, pues ella merece ser honrada por la hermosa labor que realiza al encargarse del hogar y cuidar a los hijos con amor y dedicación; en homenaje a esas madres que cada día dan lo mejor de sí, se ha establecido una fecha especial para honrar y festejar la labor de las madres, valga decir que es una labor hermosa para celebrar a estos hermosos seres que con abnegación cuidan de su familia y hogar, en esta ocasión les comparto la elaboración de un hermoso proyecto para obsequiar a mamá, se trata de una toalla decorada, ideal para llevar en la cartera, envolver las botellas de agua o usar para secar el rostro en días calurosos, también puede servir para llevarla a la playa, la toalla es de color azul y su decoración incluye un barco en el océano que representa la belleza e inmensidad del mar, así como de inmenso es el amor de mamá, es un proyecto sencillo de hacer, les invito me acompañen en el proceso de elaboración.

Elaboration

The first step in making this beautiful project, was to mark and cut a triangle in polar blanket fabric, which will go on the top of the towel.

El primer paso para la realización de este hermoso proyecto, fue marcar y cortar un triángulo en tela manta polar, que irá en la parte superior de la toalla.

Then on the triangle I added the boat sticker, pinned and sewed with straight stitch all the way around, I also sewed a bias at the bottom of the triangle to give a better finish and cover the edge.

Luego en el triángulo agregué el sticker de barco, sujeté con alfileres y cosí con puntada recta por todo el contorno, también cosí un sesgo en la parte inferior del triángulo para dar un mejor acabado y cubrir el borde.

Glued the boat on the white triangle I pinned it to the towel and rounded the corners of the towel, with the semi-circular corners the towel looks elegant and stylish, also a bit out of the ordinary, because they usually have a rectangular or square shape.

Pegado el barco en el triángulo blanco lo sujeté a la toalla con alfileres y redondee las esquinas de la toalla, con las esquinas semi circulares la toalla se veelegante y con mejor estilo, también sale un poco de lo común, porque regularmente tienen forma rectangular o cuadrada.

Finally, with a straight stitch I sewed the bias stitch all around the towel and this is a nice and useful gift for Mom.

Para finalizar, con puntada recta cosí el sesgo por todo el contorno de la toalla y así está terminado un lindo y útil obsequio para Mamá.
