For the first time I drank coffee with milk and almonds.

The coffee doesn't have almonds in it, maybe it's the milk that comes with that flavor or it's the machine where they strain it. I declare myself ignorant he,he,he,he.

The truth of the matter is that it was an exquisite coffee that I enjoyed with two beautiful friends. The three of us share every day about two hours of physical activities and this day we decided to give each other a little gift.

Experts in sports and nutrition point out that coffee provides energy to our body. Before starting to exercise, it is good to have a cup of coffee. Of course! There is a dose indicated to really act as an energy booster and to tell the truth, I don't think it is with milk ha,ha,ha.

While we were giving each other a little cuddle, we laughed about our old lady antics. It is that coffee makes our imagination fly and taking just a sip makes us smarter 🤣.

Maybe you have noticed that when we are together having coffee we become beautiful and beautiful intellectuals. We converse with so much conviction that there is no one interrupting or denying our positions hahaha.

My dear friends, this is not a content that comes out of nowhere, it is a content that emerges in a space of laughter and jokes with double meaning.

Actually, the purpose of our meeting this day was to break norms and rules. We drank coffee with milk, ate greasy empanada and to top it all off everything was done after exercising. No attitude has been more rebellious than this.

Por primera vez tomé café con leche y almendra ¿Suena extraño verdad? El café no lleva almendras, quizá sea la leche que viene con ese sabor o es la máquina donde lo cuelan. Me declaró ignorante je,je,je. Lo cierto del caso es que se trataba de un exquisito café que tomé con gusto al lado de dos bellas amigas. Las tres compartimos todos los días unas dos horas de actividades físicas y este día decidimos darnos un pequeño regalo. Los expertos en deporte y nutrición señalan que el café aporta energía a nuestro cuerpo. Antes de comenzar los ejercicios es bueno tomar una taza de café ¡Claro! Hay una dosis indicada para que realmente actúe como coadyuvante de energía y al decir verdad, no creo que sea con leche ja,ja,ja. Mientras nos dábamos un cariñito, reíamos de nuestras travesuras de viejas. Es que el café nos hace volar la imaginación y tomar tan solo un sorbo nos vuelve más inteligentes 🤣. Quizá han notado que al estar reunidas tomando café pasamos a ser bellas y bellos intelectuales. Conversamos con tanta convicciones que no hay nadie interrumpiendo ni desmintiendo nuestras posturas jajaja. Mis queridos amigos, este no es un contenido saliente de la nada, es un contenido que surge en un espacio de risas y chistes con doble sentido. Realmente, el propósito de nuestro encuentro este día fue romper normas y reglas. Tomamos café con leche, comimos empanada grasienta y para completar todo se hizo después de hacer ejercicios. Ninguna actitud ha sido más rebelde que está. Pero, hablemos de este lugar y muchos otros ubicado en sitios estratégicos como este. Además de todo lo gracioso en nuestra conversación también hubo momentos de seriedad. Decíamos que no tenemos espacios donde consumir alimentos sanos. Una ensalada de frutas por ejemplo, unos huesos revueltos con vegetales, una pizza de huevo, yogures, entre otros. Por lo general son comidas chatarras y aditivas. Es importante sembrar la cultura de buena alimentación. No está mal salirse de la rutina pero tampoco está bien excederse con alimentos que no aportan nutrientes al cuerpo. No hubo arrepentimiento ni remordimiento en este día pero si esa breve reflexión. El local es hermoso, la comida exquisita, precios solidarios y la atención inigualable. Por estas razones los comensales nos enganchamos.
