So I took a run today and for the first time ever, I went with my phone so I could track it with Afit.
I don't know the specific distance but I jogged at a steady slow pace for like 30minutes then walked for 15 minutes.
On my way back, rain clouds started to form and I got a shot of it.
Fortunately, I was already close to home so I didn't get drenched but I got a lot of dust into my eye because of he strong wind that blew to usher the rain. I feel good though.
