If it's upvotes you want, then build your reputation. Kind of ironic that you need upvotes to build the reputation. What can I say? Upvotes gives birth to upvotes.

Alternatively, and even higher recommended, build meaningful conversations with people. You know, don't be a weirdo that's always going "wow this is awesome" every time.
