It's 22:43pm, and I haven't slept for at least 8 hours. I am not complaining, but I don't think this is fair. I mean, Christmas was supposed to be the one time I had to rest for a while. He was supposed to sleep and play but no, he chose to follow me around. I've not had the time to even brush my hair. I look like I've been fighting with Wonder Woman for days. I've been working all day, cleaning and rearranging the furniture.

Dear Santa, I know your job is over but can you please send one last gift to me; I just need a little time to myself time to be sane. And the worst part is no one is helping out or even offering. Although I am exhausted, I am grateful, I get to have and make beautiful memories and this is what makes Christmas really special. IMG_20171225_170036_428.jpg

He sang to me. He kissed me multiple times. I really love my son. He's the most amazing person in my life now. He's my strength and courage.

Indeed, family is the one true gift of Christmas. I hope you made beautiful memories.
