“Push-ups-spider”
Today is day 76 of my 77 daily push-ups!
Those push-ups were my idea. Although, it can be, someone already had done such push-ups. I don’t know.
Starting position – stand in the pose of the spider. To be honest, I also came up with the name myself. Maybe someone would think that this position is more like a frog. But I call it a spider. And then doing push-ups. Be sure, people around will be surprised!
-Donald, who do you like better – spiders or frogs?
-Neither one nor the other. Although frogs I love them more – in French dishes! I haven't eaten any spiders yet.
-My God, Donald! I'm not talking about food! What a bloodthirsty fellow you are!
