Stopped by The Frying Scotsman on Saturday for some much needed fish and chips in downtown Portland, Oregon. It is at the 10th and Alder food cart pod. Huge portions, but, the food was meh. It was lacking any flavoring in the breading. Ordered the regular Cod and Chips for under $8. The order could have fed 2 people. Comes with a tarter sauce that is too mayonaisse-ee. Also came with a side of cole slaw that was different, and pretty good.
