Getting into dual training (martial arts on top of gym), I do feel quite the difference in my soreness regarding that... I hope it's just the Adaption Phase.

Hope you get back to 100%, soon! And yes, I always enjoyed flexible times. My workers do, too. I don't give them hourly times and pay them by the job done. Only two rules - bread has to be ready at 7am,

That looks great and yes, slow and steady. I grew this account from 500 HP to the 900 it is now in only a few months of regular activity, diary every day. Genuine interaction is the key.
