Stretching and ropes are those things that I can never motivate myself to do if not in the gym. I always had trouble with that, so I joined the gym and made that a routine. Working out great so far. And

While we had a very special winter time in Germany around Christmas, I was so glad to be back in Ecuador. Just so much easier with a quite constant spring time 😅
