Quite an impressive day! My kid would've probably jumped into the water first before even thinking about climbing. I have a similar spot between two rocks at my favorite place where I went on the weekend.

Getting into dual training (martial arts on top of gym), I do feel quite the difference in my soreness regarding that... I hope it's just the Adaption Phase.

Hope you get back to 100%, soon! And yes, I always enjoyed flexible times. My workers do, too. I don't give them hourly times and pay them by the job done. Only two rules - bread has to be ready at 7am,
