( EN / DE ) If you should consume less flour and sugar as I should but still love to eat sweet stuff, this super simple sweet snack for in between really came in handy.
Wenn man so wie ich weniger Mehl und Zucker verzehren solltet aber doch so gerne süßes Zeug esst, dann hat sich dieser super einfache süße Snack für Zwischendurch wirklich sehr bewährt.
All you need is a banana, some yogurt and cinnamon. Well and in addition a bowl, a knife and a spoon of course. I will NOT write the "recipe" and "making of" now because I assume that you also easy can do it due to the photos ;-)
Alles was du brauchst ist eine Banane, etwas Joghurt und Zimt. Naja und dazu eine Schüssel, ein Messer und einen Löffel natürlich. Ich schreibe das "Rezept" und "Making of" jetzt NICHT auf weil ich mal davon ausgehe, dass ihr das auch so aufgrund der Photos easy hinbekommt ;-)
To really enjoy it find a nice quiet place, put on some music you love. Then stir the whole thing briefly and you can enjoy...
Um wirklich richtig zu genießen sucht euch einen schönen ruhigen Platz, legt Musik auf die ihr liebt. Dann rührt ihr das ganze noch kurz um und schon könnt ihr genießen...

Aaaaber man weiß sich ja zu helfen! ;-) also dann doch den Player an die große Anlage angeschlossen und schon kann der Sound mit viel mehr Kraft und Wumms auf die Terrasse fliessen, meine Ohren und Seele entzücken, und die heilkräfitge Wirkung des Zimt unterstützen.
