Hi all!
Finally I have enough steps to post. Unfortunately I work in an office so I am mostly tied to a chair so it's hard to collect many steps but I do try to move for myself as much as I can.
Also, the app sometimes turns off on it's own and before I realize it, I have already lost some steps.
We had post today so I of course volunteered to do it and went for a short walk.
I do workout every day but I don't have any device on me to count my steps while working out and I would need my phone because I use it for workout videos. There are diverse workouts for women to get you fit but not bulky as I want to be nicely toned. Also, good but short workouts because you can't say that you don't have at least 15-30 min a day for it.
Got myself new shoes - "Just do it"
Keep working out and hopefully with time, I'll get my steps up!
