Holly in head dress and wings
Way back in April, my good mate @richgaynor said he had managed to get a make up artist for a shoot he wanted to do, and asked me if I knew a model. I managed to get Holly on board, agreeing that we would use the studio of another friend, Emrys, who would also join the shoot.

The idea of the shoot was a "Delft" porcelain style make up. But, as with all of our shoots, as time progressed we added more ideas to the original theme, but still sticking with the original concept that Richard had come up with, Rich added angel wings (which to avoid having to photoshop the straps) Holly's mum sat on the floor behind Holly holding the wings up. I created the head dress, for no other reason than I thought it might work (I was quite pleased with how it turned out, its the first time I have made anything like this before).

On the day Emrys was down with Covid, but allowed us to use the studio. Reny, the MUA, was brilliant. Considering the complexity of the shoot she was very quick, but this allowed Rich and myself time to set up the lighting ready for the shoot.
That head dress again
Holly was so patient on the day (first having to sit in make up for what must have, to her, seemed like an eternity, and then sitting in our lighting set up for a couple more hours. But I do feel the images were very much worth it.
