On a visit to Batsford Falconry Centre in the Cotswolds during October 2020, by chance I was able to see a Red Tailed Hawk fledgling that was very recently born in the Falconry
It was the first Red Tailed Hawk to be born in captivity in the UK.
Below are some photos of the mother feeding the baby hawk.
It is an enjoyable visit and it was a great sight to see.
