I sincerely apologize for not being able to post Saturday's training exercise video for the FITNESS 101 class. This is due to some shortcomings in the filming process. I promise you all that these shortcomings will be eradicated as soon as possible in order to start properly.

I am deeply sorry for the disappointment but I must assure you that its rather a stepping-stone to a better Fitness show.
