When cultures and people fail to keep up with the times not much happens. Many cultures ignore the growth of other cultures throughout the world, and their culture and people suffer from a lack of change.

In countries of internal war, like many African countries, middle eastern countries, and south American countries, people are trying to move away from that culture of fear, even those that fight their way to the top leadership are seemingly trying to change to a more growth through life changes than growth through fear. I know a few countries have slid backward, but I always hope those few are not going to be long lasting.
