I love using doodling as meditation. I've just recently been better about 'traditional' meditation but I much prefer DOING something. It's such a good way to really let go and expand your mind.

Oh my gosh! The snow line by the fence is just like my back yard! There is an exactly straight line across where the sun never hits behind the house. One side is snow and ice, the other spring thaw!
