The Raven or the Crow is one of the most famous works of Edgar Allan Poe, the maestro of horror stories in the 19th century.

One dark night, when I was weak and tired,

Past a strange and odd story that has been forgotten,

My head nodded, almost asleep, suddenly there was a knock,

Somebody finely knocked, knocked on my door.

"This visitor," I muttered, "would like to visit my room-

Just that, nothing more. "

Ah, I vaguely remembered December gloomily,

Every diminishing embers beat their souls on the floor,

I desire tomorrow;

That is the vain I tried to borrow

From the books I tried to stop the sadness,

The sadness of Lenore's departure

For the sake of a glowing virgin named Lenore

Not named here for ever.

And the purple curtain is soft, sad, rustling uncertain

Trembling me, filling out the incredible terror I had never felt before;

So now, with my heart pounding, I stand up and repeat,

"This visitor wants to visit me

A late visitor wants to visit me

Just that, nothing more. "

My soul is now stronger; Without hesitation I replied

"Sir, or madam, I'm really sorry I begged;

In fact I fell asleep, and really weakened your knock,

And really small knocking, knocking on my door,

Until I barely heard you "- I opened the door

Only darkness outside, nothing.

In the face of darkness, I stood for a long time pensive, trembling,

Doubtful, dreaming of human dreams never dreamed of before;

But silence is still unsolved, silence gives no hint,

The only word I put out was a whisper, "Lenore?"

This whisper, just the back sound of echo, "Lenore!"

That's it, nothing more.

Turning back into the room, my whole soul was on fire,

Immediately, I heard a louder beat than before.

"Sure," I mumble, "there must be something in my window grille:

Mariku see, what is it there, and explore this mystery;

Let my heart pause for a moment and explore this mystery;

It's wind and nothing more! "

Opening, I swung the window, suddenly sounded swish

There stood a mighty Crow, like from the past

Not showing obedience, not staying for a moment;

With the appearance of a nobleman, he perched above the door

Perched on the statue of Pallas, above my room door

Perched and sitting, no more.

Then this black bird changed my darkness into a smile,

By wearing a respectful and firm face.

"Though your jaws are cut and cut," I said, "you really do not know fear,

With a frightening look.

The ancient crow who wanders the bough at the edge of the Night

Call your native name on the coast of Plutonian! "

"Nevermore (meaning: no more)," said Crow.

Amazed to hear the poultry say simply,

Although the answer is meaningless, it is irrelevant;

But we certainly agree, no human life

Ever seen a bird above the bedroom door

Birds or animals on carved statues above the door of the room

Under the name "Nevermore."

But crow, sitting alone on a statue, just uttered

One word, like his soul for just one word.

Nothing else he said - Not a feather he swished-

Until I mumbled to myself, "My other friend has gone-

Tomorrow he will fly away from me,

as I wish I had gone. "

Then Crow said "Nevermore."

Surprised at the silence split by a great reply,

"Sure," I said, "what he's saying is just that,

Arrested from an unhappy lord

The Calamity mercilessly follows it continuously

Until his singing burdened him.

Until the death song gave birth

"Nevermore".

The Crow is still provoking me,

I pulled a chair to the front of a bird, a statue and a door;

As the velvet sinks, I begin to connect the imagination for the sake of fantasy,

Think of this cursed god

What is the meaning behind the gloomy, rigid, awful bird

"Nevermore."

I sat guessing, but there was no syllable expression

The pungent gaze of the fowl burns my chest;

I sat, with my head restrained Light lights shining on the velvet line on the chair,

But the lights illuminated the velvet line,

He (Lenore) will lean, ah, nevermore (will not be anymore)!

The air gets heavier, diwangikan by the invisible imaging

Swung by Seraphim whose footsteps ring the tufted floor.
"Cursed," I cried, "God sent you-from this angel He sent you

Calming-soothing and entertaining, from memory I'm going to Lenore!

oh gulp this calm and forget the lost Lenore! "

The Crow answered, "Nevermore."

"Prophet!" I said, "a vicious creature! - bird or demon! -

Either the Tempter sends, or the tempest that throws you here,

Remoted but fearless, in this desert land is fascinated-

In this house that haunted Horror - Tell me the truth, I begged

Is there a balm in Gilead? - Tell me, Please! "

The Crow answered, "Nevermore."

"Prophet!" I said, "a vicious creature! - bird or demon! -

For the sake of Heaven that curves above us - For the sake of God we are equally pious -

Tell a soul full of pain, within a distance of Aidenn,

There is an angel girl named Lenore-

An angel beaming with no one called Lenore. "

The Crow answered, "Nevermore."

"Make the words a sign of our separation, the bird or the devil," I yelled

"Return to the tempest and coast of Plutonian!

Do not leave black hairs as memories of the lies you say!

Let my silence not be broken! Get out of the statue above my door!

Bring your beak out of my heart, and bring your form out of my door! "

The Crow answered, "Nevermore."

And the Crow did not move, sat still, sat still.

On the statue of Pallas above the door of my room;

And his eyes look like a dreaming demon,

And the lights leave his shadow on the floor;

And my soul from outside the window hovered over the floor

To be lifted- nevermore! (will no longer!)
