I would like to say that this is a mushroom picker trail. But this is not the case. This trail leads into a swamp. This is the so-called ecological trail. Mushrooms usually do not grow in the swamp. More precisely, they grow there, but in the upland forest there is more variety and it is more pleasant to walk. I usually go to the swamp for cranberries or lingonberries.
Now it is autumn and there are few mushrooms in the forest. Many species do not grow in November. But there are mushrooms that can be found all year round and in any forest. Not even in the forest, but just where there are trees.
I found only one tree, but what gorgeous tinder fungi grew on it. True for a tree, this meant slow decay ...

Я бы хотел сказать, что это тропа грибника. Но это не так. Эта тропа ведёт в болото. Это так называемая экологическая тропа. Грибы на болоте обычно не растут. Точнее, они там растут, но в боровом лесу больше разнообразия и приятнее ходить. В болото я обычно хожу за клюквой или брусникой.
Сейчас осень и грибов в лесу мало. Многие виды в ноябре не растут. Но есть грибы, которые можно находить круглый год и в любом лесу. Даже не в лесу, а просто там, где есть деревья.
Я нашёл всего одно дерево, но какие роскошные трутовики на нём росли. Правда для дерева это означало медленный распад...

Для еды трутовики не пригодны. Они жёсткие и горькие. Их можно использовать в качестве лекарства.

But young mushrooms are suitable for this. These specimens cannot be called young. Therefore, I did not collect them.

However, they are very photogenic. I like their shape and surface texture. And also this soft color.
