My twin girls will be turning 3 in a few weeks and they are growing into quite the little individuals.

They are fraternal twins meaning they are not identical. In fact, they are the exact opposites.

A few weeks ago, the older twin was explaining to my wife and I about her friend from the playground named Leelon.

We have never heard of someone named Leelon before and we began asking a few questions.

Where did you see him?

Twin A: By the playground Papa.

Which Playground?

The one in our backyard, Papa.

Okay, so we're does this Leelon live?

He lives in our bedroom Papa.

Creepy!!!

Twins on their own are already creepy, but when you add an imaginary friend that they both talk to then the creepy level goes up by about 10 fold.

After our first encounter with Leelon a few weeks ago, we asked a few questions and then my wife and I decided to leave it alone. We thought it would naturally work itself out and it did. Kids have imaginary friends right?

Then today, Leelon is back!

Twin A: Papa there is a man in my room.

Me: Yeah I am a man, sweetheart.

Twin A: No, a different man.

Hmm so now this is getting a little strange. My wife asked right away “Who is it honey?”

Twin B: Leelon!

Twin A: Leelon loves me!

This conversation went on a few minutes and we learned Leelon has a brother who is really nice and they like to play in the twin’s room.

We just went along with it and again are hoping things will work themselves out.

The even creepier thing is that now our 4 year old son is also playing along. When we go out side the kids all start calling out for Leelon!

At this point I really don’t know what to think?

Hope everyone has a relaxing Sunday!
