Nebenbei habe ich gekocht. Es gab Gans. Ein super Essen zum Weihnachtstag.Ich muss mich sogar selber loben. Es war einfach perfekt. Das Fleisch war saftig und zart, die Haut knusprig so wie es sein soll. Der Rotkohl war hervorragend abgeschmeckt mit leckeren Apfelstückchen und die Sauce war ein Traum. 2 Flachen Rotwein 1 Flasche Apfelsaft, Suppengemüse, Nelken, Thymian, Beifuß, Rosmarin - Orangenabrieb..... Einfach köstlich.
Jetzt am Abend haben wir uns mit Moritz zusammen noch StarWars im Kino angeschaut. Es war der Hammer und ich bin begeistert von dem Film. So aber nun gehts auch ins Bett.

Besides I cooked. There was goose. A great meal for Christmas Day. I even have to praise myself. It was just perfect. The meat was juicy and tender, the skin crispy, just the way it should be. The red cabbage was superbly seasoned with delicious apple pieces and the sauce was a dream. 2 flats of red wine 1 bottle of apple juice, soup vegetables, cloves, thyme, mugwort, rosemary - orange rub Simply delicious.
Now in the evening we watched StarWars in the cinema together with Moritz. It was the hammer and I am enthusiastic about the film. But so now it's time to go to bed.
