TenX has its' own token, but I'd rather focus on TenX as a whole - cause it's way more interesting than a token itself.
TenX is basically a platform, that allows us to convert any cryptocurrency into the other one and spend it anywhere.
Nowadays it's pretty easy to pay with cryptocurrencies online, but it is not that easy to use them in real world. That is the reason of creating TenX Debit Card which is multi-wallet at the same time.
TenX sort of co-operates with VISA and MasterCard, but it's not that simple. TenX co-operates with a company called Wavecrest which co-operates with VISA and MasterCard. Wavecrest is responsible for creating Debit Cards.
TenX's Card can be used in almost 200 countries.
Debit Card could be ordered online and the cost is $15 (creating the card and shipping it to your house)
You do not have to pay any fee for making a transaction with TenX card
Great thing concerning this project is that it is not an idea, it's already in use
There is an official TenX wallet
Sadly, TenX can be used as tool for money laundering. Let me break that down for you:
TenX's card allows you to withdraw cash from ATM (maximum 1000euro, twice a day, meaning you can withdraw 2000euro per day). Each withdrawal of cash costs you 2,75 euro. What's weird with that? The fact that you don't have to give your real personal data when you are ordering a card, meaning, that no one can track the money if you withdraw it using a false name. This way, laundering 2000euro costs you 5,50euro. Hopefully TenX will solve this issue soon.
Let's move onto current state of TenX
Date of lauch - 8th of July 2017

Investment aspect:
TenX is already working, we are not investing into an idea, but into working system
Development team behind TenX is outstanding in payment systems (they were working with PayPal guys)
Proof of Stake feature is planned to be introduced in 2018, which means that it should attract to many people that like passive income
