Premature ejaculation is ejaculation that happens too early for a man and his partner during sex. There are two kinds of premature ejaculation: deep rooted (or primary) and acquired (or secondary).
Deep rooted premature ejaculation starts early in life, usually when you are a youngster experiencing first sexual contact. It is harder to treat and mostly has deeper psychological causes. Bad habits may also contribute (for example, masturbating to ejaculate as fast as possible so as to avoid being caught).
Secondary premature ejaculation happens later in life and is generally activated by either psychological issues like stress or physical issue like disease such as diabetes or hypertension.
How can ejaculation be delay?
There are an extensive variety of "home-made" solutions for untimely discharge (premature ejaculation) like incessant sex, masturbating some hours before sex, or engaging in sex with the woman on top
Premature ejaculation techniques
start-stop" technique:
This is by far the simplest technique and can be done alone or with a partner.
This technique can be practice alone or with a partner. It involves stimulating the penis and stopping just before ejaculating. Stop the stimulation for 40-50 seconds and start all over once you regained control. Repeat this process 3-4 times, stopping and “resting” every time you feel the urge of orgasm. Finally, let go off your orgasm by letting the ejaculation occur, this will let you identify the “point of no-return”.
The squeeze technique:
This techniques involves squeezing the penis (for about 20 seconds) in the area between the shaft and the glans, just before you are about to ejaculate. Though this halt the ejaculation, but it may affect your erection, at least until you have relaxed and stimulated again. This process should be repeated 4-5 times until you are ready to let go.
To be effective, this method should be practice for some months and it required lot of effort from the man and his partner.
The aim of "squeeze" technique is to enable you recognize the “point of no return” so as to be able to delay future ejaculations. The technique may be frustrating at first but over time you will get use to it.
Other options:
The "start-stop" and "squeeze" technique prove more effective when combined with these techniques:
• Take your mind away from your immediate environment. Think about something distracting or boring.
• Take a quick deep breath before ejaculation. This will interrupt your sensitivity rhythm and slow down ejaculation and stimulation
• Engaging in longer foreplay can also assist in delaying your ejaculation. It is important o know that the more pressure men feel during sex, the more likely they are to suffer from premature ejaculation.
On the average, 60% to 90% of men that are using any of the sexual techniques are able to overcome premature ejaculation in the later stage of their life. The negative thing is the risk of relapse if there are major changes in their sexual life (e.g. new partner, stressful event).
Tips:
•Thick condoms: Endeavor to make use of condom if you think your penis is too sensitive. The condom can help decrease the rate of sensitivity thus delay ejaculation.
•Concentrate on other sexual pleasures like kissing, foreplay among others. This can reduce anxiety and help you in controlling your ejaculation.
•Lastly, talk to your doctor as premature ejaculation is a treatable condition.
