It was a nice day today so I decided to throw some left over chicken I had on the grill. On Saturday we had a barbecue for my daughter who graduated High School. I didn't take any pics because I was so busy cooking.
I made my own jerk seasoning again. I've realized that its cheaper than buying it. Also most of the jerk seasonings are pretty salty, so this way I can control the amount added. I had 2 big pans of chicken and only used 1.
Since I didn't want the other pan to spoil I fired up the grill today. After the chicken I made some ribs, and corn.
Everything came out delicious. Added some sauce on the chicken and some hard dough bread to go with it.
