Financial Goals 2021

I know I am perhaps on the late side to write this post, but as I read Dan's post again, he mentioned 10 days from the publication of the post, and today is 7th day so I think I am good. I don't really have a twitter following so I won't be able to do that. I think rest of the 'rule' related stuff is good. With that said, lets get to it...
Investment strategy for 2021
- Trade /ES and /NQ futures
- Trade /ES and /NQ futures
- Trade /ES and /NQ futures
- Sorry I watched Fight Club too many times! (got to have some FUN folks!)
- Make my Hive account 1M Hive
- Take a small $200K account to $1M by trading conventional instruments (no crypto)
- Maybe trade BTC! (full disclosure, this 28 years veteran currency and futures trader never traded BTC, I have BTC for investments, but not trading)
Specific Assets to invest in 2021 and beyond
Majority of my assets in terms of monitory value is in real-estate. I think I will continue to have that. However, I am thinking about diversifying my assets a little bit and increase the weight on Ethereum. Only if it dips a little bit. I will keep my stock weighting as is. Basically here is my current approximate weight on my investment portfolio:
Real Estate/Stock/Commodities/Crypto = 40/30/20/10 .... 2020
Real Estate/Stock/Commodities/Crypto = 30/30/20/20 .... 2021
This is my investment portfolio mind you. I rarely reblance it. Most of my day to day activities are in the index futures market as I explained before. So bottom line, small adjustments, if crypto drops in the Spring/Summer time-frame, I will move a little bit of Real Estate into Crypto.
Preferred Investment
I am liking ETH a lot at the moment. I have very little of it. It is actually less than my Hive position, which is unfortunate. I am looking to change that.
Plan to grow my stake
Yes, I think I will increase my Hive stake to 1M. Currently as an individual account I am at #18 based on HiveBuzz. I currently have about 873K Hive staked. Mind you this only ranks single account. Many people on hive have multiple accounts so their cumulative stake can be higher than individual stake, so my position at #18 may not be correct :)
Interesting thing is when I look at this top 25 list only the two Dans (blockstrades and theycallmedan), Marky and myself regularly posts (steemmonsters is a company). Pharesim did from time to time, and I know he is around as I talk to him frequently, but he haven't posted in recent time. I don't know what this means, but just making an observation.
Price Prediction
I NEVER predict price of anything. I NEVER did. I am a day trader, I don't need to predict price of anything in 1 year time, so I don't try. I am a stong believer of efficient market, so I believe the price is always right at a given time. It is the net result of all given information available to the market. With that said I can wish for a price... there is nothing wrong with that.

- I wish for a $1 leo
I do belive the second one currently seem eisier than the first. But mind you leo is a second layer token, it is built on hive. Again these are not price predictions, they are just a wish list.
