if this relationship is done after the contract, it is not sinful, but if done before the contract, although after receipt of the proposal, it is not allowed. The man was forbidden to establish a relationship with his wife's wife, because he remained an ajnabiyyah woman until the ceremony of both marriages took place. (Shaykh Muhammad al-Uthaimin)
