Thanks for sharing! I had Indian milk tea before (not sure about authenticity) but I would say it's very similar but the biggest difference is that it is not spiced.

That's what I thought too. It's funny how your body soon gets adapted to it after the first 5 seconds. It helped my breathing since the first couple times doing the cold shower resulted in restricted breathing
