When I can't find the better idea in serving the food on the table, I choose to cook the simple one
Look at this:
Red looks, it is spicy because use red chilies, added some unions, garlic and a tomatoe.
See it:
It is milkfish, Indonesian calls bandeng and we are Acehnese names it "Engkot Mulus". :D
Nearly same with salmon right, only if you see it by eyes closed. :D
