The higher the number of your friends, the higher is the pile of shit you have to deal with.
Eventually, you realise that the fewer friends you have, the better it is for you. It's very hard to please everyone, and more importantly, expectations can backfire. It's better to keep your distance from everyone, than lose your cool later.
