I am sick of world leaders inciting war. Its always the normal people that suffer because of the actions of a few madmen in power. Today I felt sick and upset with what is going on in Ukraine. 🇺🇦

To burn my frustrations, I went out for my weekend run and completed just over 11 km. I had a good pace for this distance too. Below is the details of my run from my Samsung device and also a shot of Actifit as today is a #win
After my long run, I had lots of things to do such as some DIY that also involved going out to the local B & Q.
I then cooked dinner and was exhausted by the end of the day.
