Every work of art needs light to be appreciated and in life there are many kinds of art.

The brushstrokes that give colour to a blank canvas are like fingertips touching different textures and to paint we need light. Although we could paint in the dark, so there are more reasons for light to be present.

Light gives us the possibility to see and the sense of sight is very powerful, we not only appreciate colours, but also textures, depth and we will see how our hands go through that wonderful canvas painting it with invisible sensitivity, where vision and touch are united in a single sensation.

The human body is a canvas, a marvellous canvas created by the divine source, a canvas worthy of being admired through all the senses and for the greatest admiration there is nothing better than light. Light makes us see the reality of things, the perfection of that creation.

The details, the curves and counter-curves of every corner of the canvas can only be admired if there is light, be it from the sun or from a lamp. Light is the only light capable of looking into the eyes of the other person in special and intense moments. Looking at the gaze is like looking at the soul and in that special moment as in all other moments the gaze cannot deceive anything.

The light is the only one capable of showing the face of the loved one, the reactions, the gestures and the deep feelings at certain key moments. Light is the only one that reveals the truth.

The combination of vision, hearing and touch is more perfect if there is light, the light that reveals everything, that leaves everything in evidence, even if for another person there are things that may be uncomfortable, a brushstroke of the fingers giving security makes that discomfort disappear and the light can multiply.

I always prefer light, as an artist and as a woman, because I like to see, every stroke, every glide of the brush of my fingers on the perfect canvas of nature's creation, of the creation of the higher source. Because light makes it possible to see and seeing multiplies the pleasure and satisfaction of the culmination of the perfect art that can be realised by two beings in perfect harmony of body and soul.

I always prefer light, and not just the light we all know, but that light that comes from within and allows us to see beyond the visible, that light further enhances that marvellous act by feeling the other's soul vibrating in unison with mine.

Light causes the perfect to be multiplied and thus become divine. I will always prefer light, always.

This is what I was listening to while writing.
