For my taste, there is no better walk than one surrounded by nature, such as gardens, the sea, forests and mountains.

Today's walk begins by crossing an avenue, in fact an avenue with a very important roundabout in the city, where each crossing of streets generates a different view of the wonders that surround it.

Castles, gardens and a wonderful water fountain. It is called the Fountain of the Three Graces and was recently restored. The sculptures of three women in the centre, the jets of water and the decoration of flowers around it, make it marvellous.

The avenue is very wide and it is impossible to take a close-up photograph. Hundreds of cars surround it all the time. Many tourists stop to see its beauty.

After crossing this street another one follows, practically making a semicircle. I love to admire the castles of the city, Alcazaba and Gibralfaro, their viewpoints are spectacular.

Just below them there is a garden, full of rose bushes, next to the City Hall.

Roses, roses and more roses, of all colours, some still closed and others already open for a long time.

This garden is called Jardines Pedro Luis Alonzo, and at this time of year the roses are in full bloom.

In the centre is another beautiful water fountain, with decorations around it. The architecture s is very attractive.

Shady paths with trees on both sides accompanying the walk make them ideal for a stroll sheltered from the intense sun that still shines here.

Freshness, flowers, paths, trees, architecture, what more could you ask for.

Even a pigeon came to greet me while I was taking a photograph of a structure with mosaics, typical in Andalusia. But she wanted to be the protagonist and wanted me to take her picture. She posed looking shyly at the camera. She has a very good profile, what do you think?

I come across art, a beautiful sculpture of the biznaguero, a typical trade of this city, the sale of biznaga, which are bunches of jasmines. The expression of the sculpture, its care and decoration deserve to be seen.

Rosebushes and bushes trimmed in a particular way are distributed all over the garden. Many of these delicately designed shrubs contain a small water fountain in the centre, where pigeons flock to drink water.

The entire garden is laid out along paths with a variety of trees, many of them fruit trees, such as oranges and lemons.

The maintenance is impressive, it must be quite complicated due to the design of the paths and the plants of the place that everything is so impeccable.

One of the things I liked most about this walk is an exquisitely placed water fountain, built lengthwise, giving a double perspective, one towards the Town Hall and the other towards the rest of the gardens and the statue of the biznaguero.

The feeling of this walk is that you never want to leave these gardens, as if you were in a fairy tale, with flowers surrounding me, greenery and more greenery, beautiful views, water fountains and art.

A row of pine trees surrounds the gardens, giving oxygen to the environment and a unique style.

On my way out I find these red flowers decorating the outline of the Town Hall.

I cross the street to say goodbye to this wonderful walk, but not before greeting him and a flower that greeted me as I passed by with a last photograph.

I hope you enjoyed this walk as much as I did.
A big hello to all of you. See you next time.
Amonet.
