It's still winter here, I'm admiring your sunny, summer photos and waiting for spring to come. Thank you for pleasing us with warm, bright landscapes. And I will entertain you with winter treasures. And they meet, although not everyone will be able to pay attention to them.
And I myself do not always have the opportunity to see unusual phenomena and objects beyond the ordinary. Life carries us at such a fast pace that there is not enough time to stop and look at this life.
And it is full of unexpected surprises.
We went shopping with my wife. Although, it's not quite true, we reached a certain store together, and only my wife went inside))) I was waiting for her outside. And since I had a lot of time, I looked at everything that was around.
This time, my attention was attracted by a small ornamental shrub that was planted in front of the store. There is not a single leaf on it now. Its branches are covered in places with moss or lichen. And ice is also located on top of this formation.
And this ice does not lie in an even smooth layer, as on water, but consists of individual ice crystals. From a distance, they don't represent anything interesting. But this is only from afar.
In macro photography, these grains of ice turn into real crystals of some precious minerals. And if the photo is processed a little more in the editor, then you get real diamonds!
I must have surprised people passing by. It began to snow slightly, my wife was still inside the store, and I was photographing this completely unattractive bush.
But it was also necessary to get close enough to the trunk of the branch to allow the camera to focus on this ice. The branches prevented me from approaching the site I had chosen. I was so carried away that I no longer noticed anything around me.
I was only worried about the increasing snow. He threatened my smartphone by flooding it with water and gradually spoiling what I was photographing. My "diamonds" were covered with snow and disappeared under its layer.
I was in a hurry, trying to make it. I watched the footage I had just shot and immediately rejected many of them because the camera could not cope with focusing.
In the end, my wife left the store and stopped my photo shoot)))
But I was satisfied with this shopping trip!
