Cheep and Simple

Whatever you have - good DSLR camera or just a mobile phone camera - you can take nice pictures.Of course professional camera gives better quality, but if a budget is low, for small size pictures even mobile could work. But what you must have - it is a light. If it's not enough of natural light, you must illuminate by some artificial.
Low budget again ?
Good professional light are always welcome. But with some brainstorm you can do the nice job with any shitty lamp.

This picture is taken with cheap led flood light, cost only about 30€.

But this kind of lamps make very sharp illumination and in a result you will have very big contrast with hard shadows. To soften that, simply use some kind of diffuser.If you have no professional, simple white material will fit.

There was light setup in about this schematic. This gives soft sliding shadow, but also enough of contrast.

Different lamps and different diffusers will give some different result. But this is even more exciting.

Just to remember:

1. Light is closer - more luminosity.

2. Diffuser is closer - softer shadows.
