My outfit for work (EN-ES)

Greetings, dear fashion loving friends.

I'm back to share with you one of my outfits to go out to work to our family business here in Bogota.

Since last year, when we opened our Venezuelan arepas business, what has deprived my attire to go to work is comfort. For me, this aspect is very important because it allows me to be calm, cool, with loose clothing, I don't like to wear anything tight that bothers me, during working hours.

Keeping a clean and impeccable appearance is essential when serving a particular clientele, especially when working with food.

The outfit I show you today, we can define it as an informal and practical style.

On this occasion, I used my Hive flannel that I brought from Venezuela, because it has a great value for me. It was a gift from my friend @lisfabian and it's one of the things I didn't want to leave there. I always wear sports pants to work because it gives me the comfort I need, plus, it's made of a thick fabric that protects me from the cold when the evening falls. I always accompany my outfits with sweaters, without them I don't leave the house, because this Bogota weather doesn't allow me to wear short-sleeved flannels. It's possible that I leave the house like this, but just around the corner, I have to wear the sweater because the cold breeze paralyzes me.

For this outfit, sneakers are a must, with non-slip soles and closed-toe shoes.

I keep my hair in a high ponytail. That way, it's easier for me to put on my headpiece if I'm going to be in the kitchen.

And to complete the outfit, besides my crossbody bag where I keep my cell phone, purse and house keys, I carry a small handbag where I keep my umbrella, my tea glass, my embroidery bag and a scarf in case the sweater is not enough.

Thus, I leave comfortable and happy to serve our clientele, always with a smile on my face.

Estoy de vuelta para compartir con ustedes uno de mis outfits para salir a trabajar a nuestro negocio familiar aquí en Bogotá.

Desde el año pasado, cuando abrimos nuestro negocio de arepas venezolanas, lo que ha privado en mi atuendo para ir a trabajar es la comodidad. Para mí, este aspecto es muy importante porque me permite estar tranquila, fresca, con ropa holgada, no me gusta llevar nada ajustado que me moleste, durante las horas de trabajo.

Mantener una apariencia limpia e impecable es fundamental a la hora de atender a una determinada clientela, más cuando se trabaja con alimentos.

El outfit que les muestro hoy, podemos definirlo como un estilo informal y práctico.

En esta ocasión, usé mi franela de Hive que me traje de Venezuela, pues tiene un gran valor para mí. Me la regaló mi amiga @lisfabian y es de las cosas que no quería dejar allá. Siempre llevo al trabajo un sports pants porque me brinda la comodidad que necesito, además, es de una tela gruesa que me protege del frío cuando cae la tarde-noche. Siempre acompaño mis outfits con suéteres, sin ellos no salgo de casa, pues este clima bogotano no me permite andar es franelas de mangas cortas. Es posible que salga así de casa, pero a la vuelta de la esquina, me tengo que poner el suéter porque la brisa fría me paraliza.

Para este outfit, los zapatos deportivos son indispensables, de suela antideslizantes y cerrados.

Mantengo mi cabello recogido en una cola alta. Así, se me hace más fácil ponerme la cofia si voy a estar en la cocina.

Y para completar el outfit, aparte de mi cartera cruzada donde guardo el celular, el monedero y las llaves de casa, llevo un bolsito de mano donde guardo mi paraguas, mi vaso de té, mi bolso de bordados y una bufanda por si el suéter es insuficiente.

Así, me voy cómoda y contenta para servir a nuestra clientela, siempre con una sonrisa.
