At my meeting today at the library, I received a very nice surprise. One of my crafty friends arrived with a kit to knit a dinosaur that she bought for her grandson, and she asked me to knit it for her. I was very excited because I feel it is a special commitment, and what I want most is to please the lady so she can give this gift to her grandson.馃Ф
When I opened the kit, I was delighted to see that it is very complete. It comes with yarn, a knitting needle, a wool needle, stuffing, special eyes for amigurumis, and even other threads to decorate the dinosaur. Everything is designed to make the project beautiful. As soon as I got home, I wanted to start knitting and see how, stitch by stitch, this character that children love so much takes shape.馃

En mi encuentro de hoy en la biblioteca recib铆 una sorpresa muy bonita. Una de mis amigas artesanas lleg贸 con un kit para tejer un dinosaurio que compr贸 para su nieto, y me pidi贸 que yo se lo tejiera. Me emocion茅 mucho porque siento que es un compromiso especial, y lo que m谩s deseo es complacer a la se帽ora para que pueda darle este regalo a su nieto.馃Ф
Cuando abr铆 el kit me encant贸 ver que est谩 muy completo. Trae el hilado, una aguja de tejer, una aguja lanera, el relleno, los ojitos especiales para amigurumis y hasta otros hilos para decorar el dinosaurio. Todo est谩 pensado para que el proyecto salga hermoso. Apenas llegu茅 a casa ya quer铆a comenzar a tejerlo y ver c贸mo de puntito en puntito toma forma este personaje que a los ni帽os les gusta mucho.馃
I'm sure this won't be the first or last of these kits I knit, as I had seen them a while ago and really wanted to make one, so this was the perfect opportunity to get started. I love that each kit comes with everything you need, so you don't have to go looking for materials everywhere.馃Ф
I'm going to start knitting right away. When I'm done, I'll show you the result. I'm happy to take on this challenge and put my hands and heart into every stitch for a very special gift.馃巵
Estoy segura de que este no ser谩 el primero ni el 煤ltimo de estos kits que teja, pues hace tiempo los hab铆a visto y ten铆a muchas ganas de hacer uno, as铆 que esta fue la oportunidad perfecta para empezar. Me encanta que cada kit venga con lo necesario, as铆 no hay que andar buscando materiales por todos lados.馃Ф
Desde ya comienzo a tejer. Cuando termine, les mostrar茅 el resultado. Estoy feliz de aceptar este reto y de poner mis manos y mi coraz贸n en cada puntada para un regalito muy especial.馃巵
