Yesterday, in the middle of my coffee and crochet workshop, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Nutcracker Foods that still has me smiling. The star of this delicious breakfast was an egg-filled bread that, from the first glance, promised something special. It was a bread made with tapioca flour, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, gluten-free and without refined flours, which made it even more delicious. When I cut it diagonally, it revealed a generous filling of scrambled eggs, juicy and with that vibrant yellow color that invites you to take the first bite without thinking twice.馃嵈

Ayer, en medio de mi taller de caf茅 y crochet, tuve la dicha de disfrutar un desayuno en Nutcracker Foods que a煤n me tiene sonriendo. El protagonista de este delicioso desayuno fue un pan relleno de huevo que, desde el primer vistazo, ya promet铆a algo especial. Se trataba de un pan hecho con harina de tapioca, crujiente por fuera, suave y esponjoso por dentro, sin gluten ni harinas refinadas, lo cual lo hac铆a a煤n m谩s exquisito. Al partirlo en diagonal, dej贸 ver un relleno generoso de huevo revuelto, jugoso y con ese amarillo vibrante que invita a dar el primer bocado, sin pensarlo dos veces.馃嵈
The texture of the bread blended perfectly with the creaminess of the egg, creating a simple but absolutely delicious combination. Accompanying this delicacy, a small garnish of fresh green leaves added a light, fresh, and balanced touch.鈽曪笍
In addition, everything was lovingly arranged on a beautiful natural fiber tablecloth with the cutlery perfectly placed.馃嵈
The finishing touch was my frothy latte, served in a glass cup that made it look even more appetizing. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped me, while the flavor rounded out the experience.鈽曪笍
It was, without a doubt, a breakfast that I enjoyed to the fullest, surrounded by yarn, needles, and good company. A delicious experience that reminded me that food can also be a gift for the soul.馃嵔
La textura del pan se mezclaba perfecto con lo cremoso del huevo, creando una combinaci贸n sencilla pero absolutamente deliciosa. Acompa帽ando este manjar, una peque帽a guarnici贸n de hojas verdes frescas aportaba el toque ligero, fresco y equilibrado.鈽曪笍
Adem谩s, todo estaba dispuesto con cari帽o sobre un mantel de fibras naturales hermoso y con los cubiertos perfectamente acomodados.馃嵈
El broche de oro fue mi caf茅 con leche espumosa, servido en una taza de cristal que lo hac铆a lucir a煤n m谩s apetitoso. El aroma del caf茅 reci茅n hecho me abrazaba, mientras el sabor completaba la experiencia de manera redonda.馃嵔鈽曪笍
Fue, sin duda, un desayuno que disfrut茅 al m谩ximo, entre hilos, agujas y buena compa帽铆a. Una experiencia deliciosa que me record贸 que la comida tambi茅n puede ser un regalo para el alma.馃嵔
