The new season arrived with new bracket rating system. Splinterlands now have dedicated brackets for players. Still I don't know how rewards work here because I was able to earn only glints and some points.

I started from 0 rating in division 9. Good that there is still win streak with 40 points for win in a row.

I decided to play in Gold bracket with silver-gold level cards. My gold foil deck fits well here. So far I played maybe 1 or 2 games versus really strong deck so yeah is possible to grind with win streak at least from the bottom right now.

I still discovering new things here but it looks similar from survival mode where for winning I get points. Friend told me that points in survival mode are just decoration can't be used for anything. But here in modern where I should earn glint and sps for a win I get points hmm. I just hope that this points will have some exchange ratio for other rewards or sps. I pay a lot for my competitve deck I own many gold foil cards and I rent many from rental market so it would be nice to get some roi back. In old ranking system I was able to earn sps in diamond league with no problems. Of course there were hard matchups between me and max level decks but still after win I got SPS. Now I get points. Maybe in higher divisions I'm still in division 9 there gonna be better rewards. Good that I have so many energy which I can spent for playing from 0 rating. We will see. I not judging changes in first day I want to hear from other players too and from devs how it should work.

First battle I played versus liquidity bot which I won without problems. It seems that with rating I get much more points.

I think I gonna back to grind because as I said before I have a lot energy to spent today for battles. I want to push my rating to at least division 8 to see if there would be any changes in rewards. Good that rentals are for whole season and I don't need to think a lot about my rentals. If I will be profitable or not it doesn't matter at this point becasue this is fresh start of new bracket system. There are still no players in top spots so I don't know what rewards are for leaderboard. Maybe after 100 games we will see. I hope that you have a lot of fun playing from 0 rating and chasing top players. I gonna grind a lot tonight!
