A New Bracket system introduced into the MODERN league

Yo Splinters,

It’s midweek and a very blissful one at that. My Wednesday has been been a fun one cos I went visiting my friend earlier after work and chilled there for a while. So while there I fought some battles in the MODERN league after finding out that players have to select their brackets from this season. The new update looks cool. I found out that the number of brackets were 6 in the MODERN league and I selected the WOOD MODERN I since it’s the very first. This is a big announcement in the Splinterlands game introducing a new bracket system. There is also new exclusive shop cards, a major non-card market overhaul as well as two fresh abilities. The MODERN bracket system is divided into the Novice, Bronze, Silver,Gold, Diamond and the Champion. To the best of my knowledge , each of the brackets have 9 divisions and with every 500 rating , it moves up till it gets to division 1 which is 4000 rating. The SPS rewards is now going to be distributed in regards to the number of rewards points a player has earned which will be compared with other players that are in the bracket. The SPS pool which will be distributed to players are in this order Novice -1%, Bronze-3%, Silver -6%,Gold -12%,Diamond -25%,Champion - 53%.

My encounter in the MODERN league today has be fun so far because I’ve been to accumulate up to 450 GLINT So far. The FRONTIER league also favoured me after winning about five battles for the day. I was rewarded with four foundation cards which were the WILHELMDALE DEPUTY, the PORT GUARDIAN, the GRAND CONSUL MINION and the DIRE BEAR. Guess what? The DIRE BEAR was a GOLD foil card. Wow! That made my day actually cos I didn’t see it coming. My today reward in the FRONTIER league daily streak wheelspin is 75 + extra 19 SPARKS which is 94 SPARKS in total taking the total amount to 28,588 SPARKS. So I’ve earned 405 GLINT so far and 122,575 total GLINT. My points in the MODERN league so far is 140 points and I’m still in Division 9 for now. I’ll be updating you guys about how the adventure will be going. It’s 14 days left now before this new season comes to an end. I’m super pumped up for this new season cos it’s gonna be a very magnificent one. Stay locked in and thanks for stopping by guys.
