Instead of just simple dishes liked cooked greens, my wife prepared some fried and steamed buns. Both of these buns are filled with cooked greens and small pieces of mushrooms. All in all, a very tasty food in a pouch. Though, she did not just cooked pocket buns.

Using a slow cooker, my wife cooked up a batch of sweet porridge. Filled with Jasmine, sweet, and black rice with some black and red beans, logans (fruit), and dates that makes up this delectable bowl of warm goodness. I loved every spoonful of this wonderful breakfast. Loved it so much I brought some with me at work for lunch along with a steam bun.

There were a few times I felt like snacking on some peanuts at work. Not sure if either hunger or boredom hunger, or winter cravings. Either way, I wish I could control the urge to eat more than necessary. Regardless, lunch was very satisfying with the steam bun and porridge, but I did kept snacking through the rest of the day.

Later tonight I did picked up a few packs of firm tofu and a bag or carrots. I do look forward to seeing what I may end up having later this week. I'll also weigh myself tomorrow to see my weight progress as well. Yes, I am aware that vegan is more of a movement than a diet, but I still want to know if it does make a (good) difference.

Have a good day!
