Hi steemians.. I will share here in steemit my on way on how to cook a mongo dish. First we should prepare the ingredients needed.
Ingredients
Mongo
Salt
Magic Sarap
Lemon grass
Moringa olefeira
Oil
Garlic
Onions
Squash
Step 1 : Boil a water together with mongo, so that the mongo will turn into soft.
Step 2 : Fried the mongo, and add water and the squash and etc.,
**Step 3: Let it boil for about 15 minutes, after boiling add the leafy vegetables.
**Step 4: Add salt and magic sarap and also with love so that the taste is lovely.. (hihihihi.. )
