Joy overwhelmed a body of of believers who were enthused with the knowledge of salvation and warm relationship with God today. As the day activities were conducted certain disciples were challenged to make great decision to make disciples for Christ. Considering the the four participial verbs in the Matthew 28:19-20 Go, make disciples, baptize and teach. They do nothing but to respond to the sublime objective of reaching the lost world of the unsaved.
The audience was made of church leaders, workers and youth pastors. As they reasoned to the commission, it was noted that the only obligation so ordained is the making of disciples baptizing them to identify with Christ and His ministry ,to be witnesses to the truth and to teach disciples the basis of the Kingdom.
There's this understanding of the definition of the Church. Most of them thought church was physical building structure. But there's a paradigm shift from building to individual body and the body of Christ. People were motivated to reach their circles of influence, friends, family members, colleagues etc, and as they were asked to pray for their prospects. And it was faithfully done. In the incoming months we expect lot of believers coming to the Lord. After the training people are expected to start fellowship groups to encourage regular worship and care.
