Pandan Bolu Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon emulsifier (I using SP)
• 200 gr sugar
• 200 gr wheat flour (bread flour)
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon pandan essence (I use essence to make it easier)
• 65 ml of instant coconut milk
• 50 ml vegetable oil
• A little salt
• Almond flakes

How to make pandan sponge:

• Enter 4 eggs, emulsifier and 200 grams of sugar into a bowl mixer, beat with a mixer until it expands 3 times.

• Combine instant coconut milk and essence and mix well.

• Put the flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl, then add the vegetable oil. Stir gently so that all the ingredients dissolve easily. After that, add the coconut milk and stir again until the green color is perfectly evenly distributed.

• Before the dough is put into the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

• Cut the parchment paper and place it on the bottom of the baking pan. I used a rectangular pan. Then pour all the dough into the pan.
