Stupid Evil People (SEP)
Street punks, thugs and garden variety criminals fall into this category. These evil people are stupid and normally opportunists. They prey on the weak, but are normally easily dealt with unless they involve the guberment. This is where they become truly dangerous... with the monolith behind them they can destroy almost anybody. Just look at false rape accusations, child custody laws and perversions of justice.
Normal IQ Evil People
Normal IQ Evil People (NIQEP) usually specialize in making everyone else's like harder without acting in to overt a manner. They tend to be not as cunning as SEP, but more devious in every other aspect. Often working in groups to make peoples life hell with contrived incompetence, harassment, rumors, false allegations and making everyone else clean up their mess.
Above Average IQ Evil People (AAIQEP)
The one goal of AAIQEP's is to kill someone and get away with it. They will create the ideal circumstances for this to happen and wait in the knowledge someone will die. Skilled manipulators they can remain undetected and use stupider people to achieve their ends. Many fatal work accidents are caused by them. It is often their life goal, if your boss suddenly loses interest in the business after a death – did they contribute to creating the circumstances?
High IQ Evil People (HIQEP)
HIQEP's want to kill or subjugate as many people as possible and get away with it. They start wars, famines and various disasters – then profit. The most dangerous of all, but vulnerable because groups of strong people can stop them. Therefore they spend a lot of time weakening everyone else around them through various means. You can sometimes see this with cult leaders, with all the people being dependent on the leader.
Weaknesses
They can be defeated by stopping and exposing them. Being exposed makes them move away or try to push away the unwanted light. Standing up to them can be very dangerous, life isnt a Disney movie, but they can be defeated.
Remember to live life on your own terms and be prepared.
