Hello, everyone! My name is Shane Askins; I'm 20 years old, and I'm a Math-CS major at UCSD. Ever since I first found out about Bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency development in 2012, it was love at first byte. Following down the rabbit hole of decentralized platforms, I stumbled upon this beautiful community! The philosophy of Steem, Steemit, and its derivatives is the natural evolution of curation-driven social media and is an adoption that can't be stopped.
