......phew yesterday was a hectic but a very interesting day......it was my last cultural day in Holy Rosary College and I did a lot of amazing things.
Well,the day began with the matron banging on our hostel door by 4:30am for us to wake up馃ズ馃う...at first,I hated to be cut short from my sleep and then I remembered TODAY IS CULTURAL DAY!!!馃コ馃コ馃コ.I jumped out of my bed (too exited to pray 馃槍). I had to go and prepare the food stuffs that were to be used for the cooking competition during the cultural presentation,so I took my bath and zoomed of馃弮馃弮....and for 3hours or more I was working.
By precisely 10:46am I and alot of my friends went to get dressed for this mind blowing event. I was to represent the french culture,but I was given a gold gown and gele(Nigerian hair tie) but I wore it ever more proud than ever. I got lots of praises like,"you look like a bride going for her trad" and I was so flattered 馃き馃き.
By 11:30am the mass celebration(catholic prayers,done by a priest) began and it was over within a blink of an eye (me filled with happiness that the event was about to get started 馃榿馃榿).

I had four things to do in the event.(1) perform the jerusalema dance (2) parade with my cultural group (3) represent my cultural group in dancing and finally the cooking competition.
Cutting off all the usual protocols of the day. I and a few other people were going on stage to perform the jerusalema dance....(馃槻馃槻) and all that was on my mind was radiance don't mess up馃槹, well we did marvelously great.
Next was the parade 馃コ with our different cultures and attires ...ah ah it was dope jor.
We danced our french dance which was a little bit disorganized at the beginning 馃様 but turned out great at the end.
We also did our cooking competition but the results were not called out cause parents were all getting tired and were taking their children home.
My elder sister came to pick me up, together we went back home,had a wonderful meal 馃嵄 and slept馃槍馃槍馃槍
