Take a deep breath, feel the air coming in,
in each inhalation, life sustains you.
Don't give up, whispers the wind in your being,
each step you take, you are reborn.
The distant peaks are sometimes cold,
but the fire within shelters your days.
Remember that the sky, though grey and far away,
has a rainbow waiting in your hand.
Look up, dreamer,
every attempt counts, every step is courage.
Dreams are stars that never fade,
Breathe deep, and with faith, life intoxicates you.
